FAQ
How do I find the right German level?+
If you are unsure about your current level, you can request a free placement assessment. We consider your previous courses, language skills and learning goals and recommend the right starting point.
Which course formats does Primaverba offer?+
Primaverba primarily offers intensive German courses from A1 to C1. Depending on availability, private lessons and flexible course options may also be offered. The suitable option is recommended based on your level, goals and schedule.
Are books and learning materials included in the course price?+
The books, copies or digital materials included in the price are specified in the relevant course information. Any additional material costs will be clearly communicated before enrollment.
How many participants are in a class?+
Our courses are held in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants. This allows enough time for active participation, speaking practice and personal support.
Is the intensive course suitable for language-course visa planning?+
Yes. Our intensive courses with 20 lesson units per week are suitable for language-course visa planning. After binding enrollment and full payment, the relevant course documents can be issued. The final visa decision is made exclusively by the responsible embassy, consulate or authority. Visa approval therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Are the courses suitable for telc, TestDaF or DSH preparation?+
Yes. Our advanced courses are suitable for preparation for language requirements and examination goals such as telc, TestDaF or DSH. Before enrollment, please tell us your target exam, current level and planned exam date so that we can recommend the appropriate course. Primaverba does not conduct the examinations itself.
How can I enroll in a course?+
Send us a course inquiry with your current level, learning goal and availability. We will check the suitable course, start date and available places. After confirmation, you will receive all information about enrollment and payment.
How does payment work?+
After the course is confirmed, you will receive an invoice stating the amount, payment deadline and bank details. Enrollment is completed only after written confirmation and receipt of the full payment.
What rules apply to cancellation or withdrawal?+
Free cancellation is possible no later than 15 calendar days before the course starts. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. For later cancellations, the rules stated in the participation terms and conditions apply. Any statutory right of withdrawal, particularly for contracts concluded online or at a distance, remains unaffected.
Will I receive a certificate of participation after the course?+
After completing the course, a certificate of participation may be issued based on actual enrollment and attendance. The document confirms participation in the course but is not an official language examination certificate.
What happens if I miss lessons?+
Please inform the school as early as possible if you cannot attend a class. Missed group lessons are generally not repeated individually. Participants are responsible for reviewing the missed content and assignments.
Can I change courses after enrollment?+
A course change may be considered if the current level, schedule or course format is no longer suitable. A change is possible only if places are available and Primaverba confirms it in writing. Any price difference will be communicated before the change.
