If you contact us through a form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a course, registration or potential contract. General enquiries are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The data is deleted once your enquiry has been completed, unless legal retention obligations apply.
4. WhatsApp Communication
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your telephone number, message and any other information you provide will be processed. The service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited.
When using WhatsApp, processing outside the European Union cannot be excluded. Further information can be found in WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Using WhatsApp is voluntary. You may contact us by email or telephone instead.
5. Recipients of Data
Your data is only accessible to parties that require it to process your enquiry. These may include our hosting provider and technical or communication service providers. We do not share your data for advertising purposes.
